Want to comment on this? HAVE YOUR SAY Leanne Wilson from Melbourne I can completely understand youre outrage at what has happened to you. And i do feel that government bodies have over stepped thier bounds. However, the fault in the systems is not just an over doing but in some cases an under doing. The departments in some instances aren't doing enough to help children in need. Too many cases of tradgedy that may not have ocurred had the apropriate department stepped in when needed. There seems to be a fault in the system full stop, and it is seriously about time the whole system was overhauled in order to ammend these inadequacies.
I'm extremely sick of hearing of cases where ex spouse's can engage departments to show that a father/mother has been abusive to children in order to stop that parent from seeing the children and I'm even more distressed to hear that it is supposedly our learned legal professionals who are giving the advice to those people to act this way. They should be taken to task over such matters.
Probably a little of course but i think it highlights the failings of the system as a whole.
Best of luck to you in your plight. Want to comment on this? HAVE YOUR SAY |
