I'm still visiting your site and keeping in touch with your news. It is disappointing that this has not been resolved. I encourage you to not waste time and take legal action. This has gone long enough, and with all the side-stepping, uncooperative people (Ms. Niland most of all) that this would best be handled where thy can be forced to see their lies, subterfuge, and make a just ruling in your favor!
