Adam, you replied:

"The YOUR SAY pages are for honest people who have nothing to hide. Using a FALSE or ALIAS name does not help solve problems, nor does it have any real value. THe poster used a different email address each time, of which we have contacted the owners of most to let them know that someone is fraudulently using their email address and domain names.
Any posting that related to the above, has had to be removed also. We can't have people supporting fraud. That woudl be a violation of the Crimes Act in even the weakest way. "

Pls note that *neither* of my comments was in support of the "Real Australian's" posts. In my first message I asked why it was removed. You removed that first comment of mine w/o explanation, and accused me of being the "real australian" (saying I could not have seen the R.A. post as it was never made here but in email, which it wasn't. It was here that I saw it).

My clarification to that was also removed w/o explanation.

I cannot see those comments of mine constituting "supporting fraud". In fact, I believe you should post *all* comments made here, if necessary with all technical information (connected hostname/IP address etc) and only take down notices if someone complains that his/her email address/name was forged. In that case you should put up a placeholder stating that there *was* in fact a message and that it has been taken down on request. (Actually, I think you should let the message text stand even then just noting that this message was sent under a forged address/name"...

Just taking messages down w/o trace or explanation makes it look as if you only let supportive messages stand, which only could hurt your credibility.

Mathias
