Jesus!!!!! Does it never stop? |
Want to comment on this? HAVE YOUR SAY matthew carter from gold coast australia i have reviewed the site and
the docs letters and i am able
to draw the following conclusions
- police were acting in accordance
with the docs order. i believe
the male officer in question
did however use excessive force
and was very arrogant. had he
followed the procedure that he
is required by law to do, maybe
none of this would have happened.
the female officer i believe
is just as much to blame, as
she stood idly by and let the
whole thing happen? how does
it go? protect and serve??
- docs screwed up. big time. then
they've tried to backpeddle
out of their tragic and bungled
grab of a child from his parents.
- how are these docs personell
able to make a medical assessment
without any medical qualifications?
- why didn't they show any identification?
is it really THAT hard???
- why did they speed from the
scene, when they were happy
to have the parents follow
to the place where AJ was
to be held in custody.
- why do they persist in making
personal attacks on the parents
isn't the child's wellbeing
the primary concern here?
- how can docs act so quickly
and brutally, without any
substantial evidence to
support their allegations of
mistreatement?
- it's understandable the reaction
both mentally and physically
by the mother. remember she
just had her child stolen
by the government...
i personally hope that the todd
family take the government, both
the police and docs to the courts
and get something done about this
absolute bungle, and whats more
the way docs behave, it seems
as though this "kick in the door
take the kid" type behaviour is
normal and within their procedure..
i thought this was australia, the
lucky country? i didn't realise
we had police knocking in doors
and taking inviduals away... kinda
reminds you of the german death
squads really..

Want to comment on this? HAVE YOUR SAY Janine Rosomoff from Alameda, USA The latest DOCS report...OH! What I'd like to know is HOW they made this determination without a psychiatric examination? A diagosis based on heresay? What ARE they doing? And personally, I'd be a bit depressed after all of this if it happened to me. But there is a helluva lot of difference between being bummed out and being clinically depressed...and ESPECIALLY being called manic-depressive! This is a medical diagnosis that shouldn't be flung around without some evidence to back it up! As defined by whom? So what are they going to do next? Put the parents on a psychiatric hold in order to justify their blunder? This is disgusting and obvious! Sounds like they're grasping at straws, and playing a legally dangerous game. If this were me, I'd be on the phone with my lawyer filing the biggest lawsuit they had ever seen. Bet on it. |
