i no longer no what to do as we have told our stories many times and our agency will not listen or act now a grandchild had toes amputated as we stated the parents of our grandchild could not manage children.they did not listen.different to you the parents are at fault and our grandchild may be okay if they listened .if only our government would listen before more families in this state suffer.sorry its hard to give more details because of our laws.but are these laws really to protect the child or agencies who are supposed to help us i ask.best of luck your story like many parents and us as grandparents are hurtfull and lasting with us forever even if we finally gets justice.
