Two years of Hell, with DoCS, not allowed to video tape my granddaughter, after accidently getting lovely footage of her saying "I am scared of them, they keep telling me I have to live with my Dad, I want to come home to you Mum". This is the child supposedly saying that she is scared of us and doesn't want to see us, so Nanna takes the video to the Solicitor and asks him to show the Court, shock horror, the magistrate watches the video and then orders that I cease taking the camera with me to access, or the Supervisor will remove the child immediately.
This same magistrate sits and listens to a DoCS worker state that she destroyed parts of the childs file after it had been subpoenad by the solicitor for my daughter, and then had been instrumental in getting parts of the medical file shredded by a Nursing Sister at Westmead Childrens Hospital, no action has ever been taken by the Hospital or the Courts for this illegal act, in fact both 'Criminals were given protection in the form of an S128 Certificate, which effectively stops them being prosecuted for a criminal act. During the court case, any and all witnesses
requested on our behalf were denied by the Crown Prosecutor, however, the Crown produced a total of eight witnesses against us, Not One Of These People had ever met us. I have nothing but contempt for our justice system, now I know what a "Kangaroo Court" is.
I still have my copy of the video tapes where my granddaughter is telling us about the so-called 'carers', DoCS would love that to disappear, I hope that one day, these tapes will be used to help cut out this "CANCEROUS DEPARTMENT" We need some politicians with enough GUTS to stand up and be counted, instead of thinking about their cooshy jobs, think of our children, and the families being destroyed by a few Power hungry Beaurecrats, who would be unemployable if DoCS didn't exist.
